I needed my carpet padding replaced due to a flooding issue from a broken sprinkler head. The company contracted by the HOA to do the work was noncommunicative about when the work would be done so I went to Carpet Royale. They came out the day I stopped by the store to request an estimate (a Thursday) and the work was done that Saturday. The price was fair, the work was completed in 2 hours and done so well you can't tell where the old padding starts and new padding begins. I would highly recommend them.

We have used Royal Capet for multiple jobs at my house in Great Falls and my daughter's house in Alexandria and are extremely happy with the product and installation, customer service, and professionalism. We had all our hardwood replaced on two levels as well as installing a runner on the stairs and a custom sized area rug for the family room. Flooring options can become very overwhelming. Tony was very helpful and patient as we made our selections and extremely knowledgeable on each product. The product was delivered quickly. The installers were also very professional, communicative, and respectful throughout the entire multi-day installation.

The estimate provided by Tony was much lower than 2 additional estimates I received. His company representative visited the property for accurate measurements. Then installed high quality flooring in my condo. I highly recommend.

I needed carpet installed for the sale of my house and my realtor recommended Carpet Royale. Frank was very professional and gave the least expensive of the three quotes we received, including the Home Depot. They were able to schedule installation in a couple of days. The installers were quick and efficient, they were careful while moving our stuff around, and the new carpet looks great. We were very appreciative of the recommendation from our realtor and will definitely use them again. I even recommended them to a colleague and she hired them too!

These guys are "THE BEST" and very responsive and reasonable too! We had all the hardwood replaced in our 45 yo house, nearly 1400 sq ft plus trim. Tony was great to work with from start to finish, especially helping to schedule the big job within a narrow window of time between our house purchase close date and our move in date. They also did a great job for another family member where it was refinishing 50-60 year old floors which came out amazing. Work crews were on time, neat, and professional.

Frank was absolutely fantastic. I walked in on a Wednesday evening needing new carpet for my house that was going on the market the next week. I walked out with a guarantee that I would have carpet on Saturday. By the time the sun set on Saturday I had new carpet in 5 bedrooms, the landing at the top of my stairs, and a new custom made stair runner. It looks great and shows extremely well. Carpet Royale installed hardwood floors in our new home in 3 days! The quality and attention to detail was impeccable. They took extra care with a difficult railing and their craftsmanship shine through.

Tony was extremely cooperative with an uneven spot (my slab, not their craftsmanship) I asked him to come back and look at it after the warranty had expired. He agreed it needed to be repaired and sent a crew out to lift the flooring repair my slab and reinstall the hardwood. That is above average customer service! Highly recommended for your hardwood or tile needs!

We went to Carpet Royale on a whim. It's next to Ideal Tile, where we were going for other reasons, and we needed carpet, too, so we cautiously stepped inside. (We had gone to Home Depot first for this, but they required a surprising amount of time--weeks, not days--and our move date was rapidly approaching.) With the help of one of the owners, we found exactly what we needed. Then he came to our house the next day (a Sunday) to take measurements. His employees came (on time) that same week to install everything. They were professional and thorough, and we have been very happy with the results.
